Reconstruction after water damage

This home experience water damage due to a burst water pipe during an extremely cold period. In the before picture you can see the flooring has been water damaged.

SERVPRO® of The Southtowns performed a complete pack out of all of the homeowner's contents to be stored at our climate controlled warehouse. We then used dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the structure and demolished the areas that needed to be replaced. 

Our construction team then did a complete rebuild of floors, walls, plumbing, and bathrooms.

Once the reconstruction was complete we cleaned and returned the homeowner's contents from our warehouse back to their home.
